Proven Expertise: Pani Gold Heap Leach Project
Scope / Overview
NewPro successfully delivered the design and engineering support for the Detox System implemented at the Pani Gold Project, located in Buntulia District, Indonesia.
The project involved a 7 Mtpa throughput Gold Heap Leach Plant, where Caro’s Acid detoxification was applied to treat 500 m³/h of cyanide-bearing solution, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations and targeting WAD CN < 0.5 ppm prior to discharge.
NewPro managed the complete engineering and manufacturing of the Caro’s Acid Generator. Although the base design was provided by a third party, our team prepared the detailed drawings, coordinated all necessary modifications, and oversaw the manufacturing process — including testing and validation — to achieve performance and safety.
