Our expertise spans both the mechanical separation (Spoke) and hydrometallurgical refining (Hub) stages of the recycling process.
In the Spoke, we focus on safe disassembly, shredding, and mechanical separation of spent and scrap battery modules and cells, optimising recovery of valuable materials through differences in size, density, solubility, and magnetism.
In the Hub, the resulting black mass is processed hydrometallurgically through leaching, impurity removal, and crystallisation to recover high-purity salts or hydroxides ready for reuse in new battery production.
